About The Position

The position requires availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. The role ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. It also involves maintaining food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications, and ensuring effective communication with the General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders, retrieve, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
  • Collect payments.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
