About The Position

The AM Restaurant Server provides food and beverage service to guests during breakfast and morning hours, following hotel standards. This role involves taking and delivering orders , ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure knowledge of the menu, restaurant promotions, and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely , friendly, and efficient manner.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times .
• Perform side work and any other duties as designated by the supervisor.
• Maintain regular attendance and observe prescribed work, break, and meal periods.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, complying with the dress code.
