About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an AM Prep. The primary responsibilities of this role include preparing ingredients, measuring portions, and assembling dishes according to our recipes and standards. The AM Prep will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food preparation role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
