We're looking for a Line Cook who's passionate about local ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and creating experiences that make people feel at home. At The Carpenter Hotel, the Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food to the hotel's high standards, across its food & beverage outlets. You'll help maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and timely service, contributing to the hotel's reputation for design-driven hospitality and culinary flair. You'll also take part in maintaining appositive and collaborative atmosphere within the culinary team, supporting one another to deliver the high standards The Carpenter Hotel is known for. Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
