The position involves completing the truck unload process of merchandise on Wednesdays at 6am, displaying products in their proper locations, and maintaining overstock. The role requires setting and maintaining seasonal planograms and assisting customers with their projects while ensuring a safe and organized area. The employee will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop the store, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promises, engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. The employee will assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
