About The Position

The Hilton University of Florida Conference Center is seeking a dependable and guest-focused AM Server to join our food and beverage team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality service during breakfast and lunch service to hotel guests, conference attendees, and restaurant patrons.
Schedule
Full-time position
Morning and early afternoon shifts
Weekdays, weekends, and holidays required based on business needs

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred; hotel or breakfast service experience a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of menus and make appropriate recommendations
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and properly set
• Process guest checks and payments accurately
• Follow Hilton brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service
