About The Position

Prepare items required for workstation according to par sheets or instructions from Sous Chef. Prepare the highest quality food during service, in accordance with Club recipes and standards. Prepare meats, seafoods, vegetables and other items required for line and special function purposes, including breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner Assist with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling procedures; use food preparation equipment according to manufacturers' instructions; clean workstation and equipment Set up, maintain, break down, clean, and sanitize work station Carefully follow Club recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items Serve items in accordance with established portion and presentation standards Notify Sous Chef in advance of expected shortages Assist with other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef Qualified candidates will be reliable, professional, and able to successfully work in a team environment. Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service. All candidates will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Club's mission to provide a warm and friendly environment for our members and guests, through commitment and dedication with a personal touch.
