Summary: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, meats, and other morning favorites, with precision and attention to detail. Ensure timely preparation and presentation of breakfast service for hotel guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations throughout the shift. Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency. Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. Monitor inventory and assist with restocking breakfast items as needed. Work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining quality standards. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
