This individual will be responsible for morning prep, executing orders on the line, and maintaining consistent food quality throughout the breakfast shift. Strong proficiency in all egg-cooking methods including scrambled, over-easy, poached, and omelets is essential. The perfect candidate is reliable, efficient under pressure, and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen. What will I be doing? As the AM Line Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
