About The Position

The AM Kitchen Helper at Resort Lifestyle Communities plays a vital role in ensuring a first-class dining experience for residents and their guests. This full-time position involves working collaboratively with the Culinary and Dining Services team under the guidance of the Executive Chef, focusing on meal preparation and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the food service industry.
• Knowledge of food preparation and/or dishwashing is preferred, but training is available.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and meal service tasks.
• Stock the salad bar and fill refreshment carafes.
• Set tables in the dining room before meals.
• Reset the dining room and kitchen after meals by washing dishes and removing trash.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Collaborate with the culinary and dining team in a dynamic kitchen environment.
