Responsibilities: - Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests - Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area - Monitor food inventory and replenish items as needed - Assist guests with any questions or special requests regarding the breakfast offerings - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system - Collaborate with the banquet and catering teams for special events - Follow food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation - Assist the cook with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or preparing salads
