As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the welcoming face of our dining experience, creating positive first impressions and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll guide guests to their tables with warmth and professionalism, ensure dining area readiness, and enhance our guests' experience through attentive service and smooth table transitions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, use guest names when possible, and guide them to their tables, ensuring a positive start to their dining experience.
• Attend daily menu classes to stay informed of current offerings and buffet options, confidently assisting guests with recommendations.
• Manage reservations accurately, provide timely information on wait times, and accommodate seating preferences.
• Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Assist with special requests, promptly address complaints, and follow proper etiquette to elevate each guest's dining experience.
