Position Summary: To provide safe, prompt, and courteous transportation service to guests. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests, and familiarize guests with Stein Eriksen Lodge, Park City, and Deer Valley.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Has an enthusiastic willingness to work together with a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
  • Must have a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
  • Effectively and seriously deal with the guests transportation needs and requests.
  • Knowledgeable of surrounding area’s attractions and points of interests.
  • Complete pre-check, post-check inspection, and shuttle log each shift.
  • Communicate guests, or any other pertinent information to the bell desk via radio as necessary
  • Ensure timely shuttle drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Provide ski and weather information, and have basic knowledge of the Lodge, Deer Valley, and Park City
  • Maintain a clean and neat van at all times
  • Respond to all emergency situations. Know all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them
  • Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all guests and employees
  • Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees
