Requirements
- No minimum experience needed, but the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is key!
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively; a strong command of the English language is a must.
- Essential requirements are a positive attitude, drive, and self-accountability.
- The ability to work as a part of a team is non-negotiable.
- Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
- Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- Flexibility, including a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and responsible food handling standards

Responsibilities
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for service and kitchen areas
- Bag and haul trash and cardboard at designated times
- Handle dishware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- Adheres to dress code, wears approved uniform and name badge at all times
- Other duties as assigned
