About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic seasonal AM Busser/Food Expo/Room Service to provide excellent service to all of our customers in our breakfast service. The Busser/Food Expo/Room Service enjoys creating a first class experience in our restaurant with a passion for both people and delicious food.

Responsibilities

Assist the culinary team with managing incoming tickets checking food orders, preparation and presentation prior to food going out
Run food to correct tables/seat numbers and respond to guest needs/requests
Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" policies.
Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
Manage breakfast service room service calls and deliveries
Attend monthly departmental meetings
