Join the dynamic team at the Harbor View Hotel the most luxurious waterfront hotel on Martha's Vineyard! Start Date: January 29th, 2026 or later. Schedule: 7:00AM - 2:00PM Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, assembling and presenting cold food items, including fruit, salads, appetizers, dressings and cold foods, while ensuring high quality, food safety, cleanliness standards, and proper storage. Perform other relative tasks assigned by Management. Qualifications: Willingness to learn and positive attitude. Experience working in a fast - paced kitchen environment , ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism at all times Efficiency with following recipes and ensuring adherence to all recipes.
