The Courtyard by Marriott, situated on CMU’s campus, is seeking part-time Bistro Attendants to support morning dining services at their on-site restaurant. If you are enthusiastic about food and beverage and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and hospitality, we are excited to hear from you! JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and quality restaurant/bar services.
Requirements
- Communication both verbal and written
- Dependable and customer-focused
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Satisfactory criminal background screening required

- Hotel experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction
- Money handling/accounting
- Basic cleaning duties to maintain bistro and kitchen area
- AM service includes barista and coffee bar duties, which include crafting coffee beverages for guests.
- Prepare and present food to guests’ expectations
