Alumni Coordinator Royal Life Centers– Spokane, WA We are a nationally recognized substance abuse treatment company with facilities in Arizona and Washington. Royal Life Center’s primary mission is to provide quality and individualist substance abuse treatment at all levels of care. Our employees are the heart of our company and we look forward to the new addition. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Alumni Coordinator at our Spokane, WA location

  • Facilitates meetings, events and community service activities for alumni group.
  • Develops and leads team in building a solid and lasting alumni program.
  • Creates, updates and proofs daily/weekly web groups for alumni group.
  • Updates and assists in improvements for company alumni pages.
  • Works in community on building relationships for alumni outreach.
  • Coordinates events and community service projects for alumni.
  • Facilitates outreach for alumni group.
  • Develops and maintains the Alumni Database.
  • Makes follow-up calls to former clients at 7 days,30 days, 60 days and 90 days post treatment.
  • Facilitates monthly and annual activities including planning, developing and follow-through.
  • Coordinates monthly meetings.
  • Works on referral development and internal customer service initiatives.
  • Contributes to email blasts, web updates, newsletters articles and campaigns.
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen
  • Two years customer service experience or marketing experience preferred
  • Two years' experience in the addiction treatment field preferred
  • Working with clients in a 12-step program preferred
