Requirements

Must pass a pre-employment Mig Test in all 3 positions
Proficient at working from drawings of advanced assemblies
Minimum of 5 years aluminum welding and fabricating skills
Proficient in aluminum mig welding, weld heavy plate and sensitive assemblies, mirror welding, technically difficult and challenging positions with minimal rework
