About The Position

Aerowake Boats LLC is seeking a skilled Aluminum and Stainless Fabricator to join their team in Krum, Texas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on high-quality custom design and fabrication projects, including airboats and decorative metal work. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision craftsmanship, contributing to the creation of top-tier products in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a fabricator, preferably with aluminum in a manufacturing or marine industry setting (Minimum of 2 years, 5 years experience preferred).
• Familiarity in TIG welding techniques with occasional MIG welding preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work on a timeline.
• Familiarity with material science and welding order of operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Welding certifications are a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MIG welding techniques.
• Previous experience in a marine industry setting.

Responsibilities

• Reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions.
• Taking part in product development meetings.
• Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
• Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
• Partially perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials to required dimensions using hand and power tools.
• Operate welding equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintaining a production schedule.
• Testing products for their functionality.
