About The Position
The Alternative Learning Environment Teacher at Gravette Public Schools is responsible for teaching district approved curriculum and developing differentiated lessons tailored for ALE students. The teacher will create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages student responsibility and success. This role involves collaborating with school personnel, maintaining accurate student records, and adapting instruction based on students' needs. The teacher will also participate in student placement conferences, assist in developing individualized Student Action Plans, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
