The role is within Wealth Management in the Alternative Investments Business supporting products such as hedge funds, digital assets, private equity, private credit and private real estate. The team is responsible for processing alternative investments fund activity in client accounts. This role will analyze and process fund activity information that is delivered to the firm from hundreds of third-party asset managers and fund administrators. This information provided by the funds is delivered in various formats and must be interpreted to ensure that is processed correctly in client accounts. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $57,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of relevant finance industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular strength in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Ability to ensure process consistency and adherence to all procedural guidelines set forth for a process
  • Ability to take direction and work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Firm understanding of the importance of accuracy in quality of work/downstream impacts
  • Efficient time management skills / ability to prioritize competing urgent tasks that team is involved with
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Prior operational and/or alternative investments experience is a plus
