About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead the safe and efficient handling, storage, and usage of alternative fuels at the plant. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent fuel supply and quality. Monitor and optimize fuel performance, cost-effectiveness, and environmental compliance. Support the development and implementation of new alternative fuel initiatives. Maintain accurate records and reporting for regulatory and internal performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of industrial operations, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills in dynamic work environments.
