The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) is responsible for meeting Contractor’s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control. The Alternate Site Manager (ASM) have full authority to act for the Contractor relating to daily contract operation in the absence of the Site Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Inventory, administrative functions, item checkout and check-in, stock returns, tracking overdue notice items and issuing overdue notices for all assets. The ASM shall ensure that personnel assigned to all tasks have the requisite knowledge and skills to meet minimum performance requirements and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The ASM shall document all training by name, training and date and make these records available to the COR or designated representative upon request. Communicate equipment performance expectations to suppliers including quality, performance, manufacturing, capacity, system fit and life cycle costs. Creation and posting of notices for all new items. Clean, straighten, and maintain the facility and equipment within. Maintain a reservation schedule for the TCO and other functions. Assist with other facilities or departments as needed to ensure mission success.
