About The Position

The Pharmacy Technician position at Adecco involves providing telephonic patient counseling and support related to pharmacy benefits for a leading distributor of specialty medications. Requirements

• Valid Pharmacy Tech license for the state of NC.
• 2-3 years of recent experience processing high volume inbound calls regarding pharmacy benefits.
• Experience assisting members with prior authorizations and Rx refills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute.
• Strong data entry skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Must live within reasonable driving distance to Cary, NC.
