About The Position

The Classified Cybersecurity Associate Manager will partner with the security team, Program personnel, and Government customers to perform as an Alternate Information Systems Security Manager (A-ISSM) for Information Systems (IS) located at the LM facility in Littleton, CO. In this role, you will: - Manage a team of ISSOs and ensure compliance with contract security specifications, customer governing requirements and LM Space security policies. - Assist the ISSM in overseeing day-to-day information system security operations. - Carry out LM and customer security requirements under the Risk Management Framework (RMF). - Perform system auditing to validate configuration and processes are in accordance with the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, and assist in periodic regulatory risk assessments. Other responsibilities include ensuring consistent implementation of compliant and cost effective security solutions, evaluating and articulating recommendations to executive management, ensuring adequate personnel and resources are deployed to support contractual requirements, and interfacing with program management on Cybersecurity initiatives and activities. You will also be responsible for methods and processes to ensure compliance with contract security specifications and customer requirements, establish and maintain effective internal/external partnerships and apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to dynamic security environments.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a Polygraph
  • DoD 8140 IAM Level II certification
  • IS auditing experience across multiple operating systems and platforms
  • Knowledge of operating system security requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as an ISSO/ISSM
  • Demonstrated technical experience for Windows, Networking, and Linux-based operating systems
  • In-depth experience in system hardening, analysis, and vulnerability management
  • Knowledgeable in Windows and Linux command line
  • Experience with the implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as the STIG Viewer, SCC Tool, Nessus, and Splunk
  • Jira/Agile Hive experience
