About The Position

The opportunity to be part of the security team, in one of the leading companies in Aerospace and Defense, offers a motivated professional a unique entry point to work across a broad range of activities supporting a diverse portfolio. BAE Systems is looking to hire an Alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (ACPSO) to support Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs) for multiple programs executed out of our Nashua, NH campus. As the ACPSO, you will work closely with security management and assigned program staff on all aspects of special program security. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. Government security standards and the Department of Defense (DoD) Special Access Program (SAP) Manuals. You will utilize your knowledge and experience to manage security processes and provide guidance to program staff. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential as you interact with various stakeholders and contribute to the overall security posture of the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, ensuring that all security measures are implemented and maintained effectively.
