The Production Supervisor is responsible for the associates and equipment assigned on their shift. The manager is charged with attaining all operational goals in their area by ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, cost control, appropriate systems entries, and sanitation. The manager must also maintain a satisfied and motivated staff by addressing poor performance and recognizing outstanding performers. This individual must be able to work 1st shift for training purposes and then switch to 3rd shift, once it opens up in June/July. Over time may be required during peak season including weekends.
