We are seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in SaaS product development and strategy. This role offers exposure to product lifecycle management, market research, and customer insights, while working closely with a Boston-based Product Manager and global teams across the U.S., India, and Europe.

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration .
- Strong interest in business, SaaS, technology, project management, product development, or product strategy .
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think critically and work independently with guidance.
Responsibilities
- Complete PTC University Codebeamer courses to build product knowledge.
- Collaborate with a Product Manager to create two epics for Codebeamer 3.4 .
- Conduct light research on general infrastructure and internal tools .
- Work on Codebeamer+ self-service or storage/memory monitoring and reporting , including defining acceptance criteria for long-term solutions.
- Review and categorize customer ideas from PTC Community , identifying common themes and pain points.
- Prepare a PowerPoint presentation summarizing key customer challenges .
- Perform market research on top competitors, analyzing strengths, weaknesses, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Participate in weekly PM team meetings , 1:1 sessions, and shadow additional product management discussions.
