  • Responsible for grouping orders, printing orders & matching orders.
  • Provide full support of the daily operations of the order control department.
  • Identify any escalated or expedited orders in the system that require special handling and address these on a daily basis.
  • Resolve open order (backlog) report issues of low to moderate complexity.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Work as a team player.
  • Must be efficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Must be available to work overtime when necessary.
