About The Position

Puget Sound ENT is a well-established, physician-led otolaryngology practice serving the greater Seattle area. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and innovative clinical environment. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into integrated allergy services to provide comprehensive airway care for our patients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to play a key role in launching and supporting a new allergy and immunology program within our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys patient education, procedural care, and program development in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current State licensure and BLS accreditation (ACLS preferred)
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume clinic flow efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in allergy, immunology, ENT or outpatient procedural care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor: Allergen immunotherapy injections (SCIT) Sublingual immunotherapy support (SLIT)
  • Perform: Skin prick and intradermal allergy testing Patient intake, vitals, and clinical documentation
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond to allergic emergencies (including anaphylaxis)
  • Educate patients on allergy conditions, medications, and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Assist in developing clinic workflows, protocols, and quality standards
  • Coordinate care with physicians, PAs, and administrative staff
  • Display professionalism at work and in the community as a representative of the Center
