About The Position
A well-established, physician-led practice near Salem, Illinois, is seeking a dedicated and caring Allergist (MD/DO). This is a full-time opportunity in a welcoming Midwestern community known for its strong sense of local pride, tight-knit neighborhoods and easy access to nature and outdoor recreation. Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages Develop individualized treatment plans for allergy, asthma and immunologic conditions Administer immunotherapy and related treatments (training available if needed) Educate patients and families about disease management and prevention Collaborate closely with board-certified allergists and a supportive clinical team Expect to see 25–30 patients per day, with a steady flow of internal referrals Option to supervise APPs (additional compensation available) Located a short drive from Salem, this practice offers the charm of a smaller town with the support and stability of a larger healthcare network. Requirements
- Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Allergy / Immunology Physician
- Confident working independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
- Patient-centered and adaptable as the practice integrates expanded specialty services
