About The Position

Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness facility located in Bee Cave, we are seeking an enthusiastic multi-sport coach to join our All Sports Program ! If you have knowledge and experience in various team sports and would enjoy coaching youth camps and clinics, then this position is for you! Requirements

Availability to work the following daytime summer camps: May 26-29, June 8-11, June 29-July 2, July 20-23, August 3-6, August 10-11
An enthusiastic, energetic, and positive personality!
Experience working with children and basic knowledge of various team sports
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond appropriately to children and adults
A strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Responsibilities

Lead youth camps and clinics in various sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, pickleball, kickball, dodgeball, and more!
Greet and welcome participants, parents, and guests
Ensure sessions are high energy, fun, safe, and create a positive experience for participants
Assist with organizing, setting up, and cleaning up before and after camps and clinics
Supervise kids during camp lunch and snack breaks
Participate in staff meetings and coach training
