All Source Program Analyst

About The Position

Leidos is looking for an All‑Source Program Analyst to join our team at Joint Base Langley–Eustis (JBLE), VA . If you’re excited about supporting real‑world Air Force intelligence missions and want to sharpen your tradecraft while working alongside experienced analysts, this role puts you right in the center of the action. You’ll help drive key efforts across the 16th Air Force , ACC , and the DCGS Enterprise , contributing to missions that truly matter. What You’ll Do Strengthen all‑source tradecraft across AF DCGS units by helping solve analytic challenges, refine requirements, and improve how teams produce intelligence. Turn complex information into clear, impactful briefings and reports for senior leaders — your work will directly influence decisions at the wing and MAJCOM levels. Review analytic products for ICD 203 standards and provide constructive, growth‑focused feedback that helps analysts elevate their writing and assessments. Perform daily quality checks on Disposition of Forces (DoF) data and collaborate with Mission Management, Data Strategy, and wing staff to quickly resolve issues. Keep communication flowing across the enterprise through VTCs, email updates, and JIRA taskers — you’ll be the connective tissue that keeps teams aligned. Help shape policy and enterprise improvements by identifying trends, surfacing insights, and recommending smarter ways of doing business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of All‑Source experience supporting multi‑domain operations.
  • Completion of a DoD or IC career field training program .
  • AF DCGS experience .
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and analytic skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a tight‑knit, mission‑focused team.
  • Experience with AF DCGS AET , multiple DCGS core sites, or SIGINT Element Sites.
  • Confident engaging with senior leaders and meeting fast-moving deadlines.
  • Strong intelligence data literacy and experience with data QC .
  • Familiarity with ICD 203 writing standards.
  • Experience with tools like NRO , ESRI , or Palantir .
  • Ability to thrive in a federated team environment.
  • Skilled at breaking down complex problems and communicating clear, actionable solutions
