About The Position

Telum is seeking All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) who will be responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. The All-Source Intelligence Analyst (ASIA) will perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. The All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) must possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions. The All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA) shall demonstrate level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications. Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies required.
  • Strong working knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrate some experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher.
  • Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required
  • Serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours (for some billets).
