About The Position

All-Source Intelligence Analyst The Opportunity: With all of the information available today, it takes a skilled all-source analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As an all-source intelligence analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on critical areas for senior policymakers. As an all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical intelligence questions. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
