All-Source Intelligence Analyst
About The Position
This All-Source Intelligence Analyst role focuses on leveraging critical thinking and research skills to transform vast amounts of data into valuable intelligence for national security. The position involves exploring new data sources, creating effective queries, and combining information from disparate sources to help clients understand their mission and operational landscape. Analysts will validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for DoD customers. This opportunity allows for growth in strategic all-source regional analysis, informing DoD customers, and sharing methodologies with other analysts. The team emphasizes collaborative growth, providing resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools to support warfighters and national leaders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with research and analysis
- Experience with ICD 203 tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to work weekend and night shifts
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- 4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
- Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
- Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing
- Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus
