About The Position

This opportunity is for an All-Source Intelligence Analyst who is adept at finding and utilizing information to enhance national security. The role addresses the challenge of transforming vast amounts of data into actionable intelligence for the intelligence community. The analyst will apply critical thinking and research skills to identify accurate data sources, process raw data, and develop valuable intelligence. The position involves exploring new data sources, creating effective queries, and integrating information from diverse origins to help clients understand their mission and operational environment. Responsibilities include validating information, applying client tradecraft to build assessments for DoD customers, and performing strategic all-source regional analysis. Requirements

3+ years of experience with research and analysis
Experience with ICD 203 tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
Ability to work weekend and night shifts
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing
Associate's degree preferred
Bachelor's degree a plus
