The All-Source Intelligence Analyst at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) will provide critical support to the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) by conducting all-source analysis to deliver actionable intelligence regarding foreign long-range ballistic missile capabilities. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership, authoring intelligence reports, and participating in various forums to communicate findings and insights.

  • Provide hands-on Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) engineering support to NASIC.
  • Perform all-source analysis to deliver predictive and actionable intelligence.
  • Assess capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of foreign long-range ballistic missiles and associated operations.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to develop analysis plans addressing Key Intelligence Questions (KIQ).
  • Report progress, seek feedback, and submit products for review.
  • Author and publish Finished Intelligence (FINTEL) reports.
  • Support briefings, tours, ad-hoc tasks, working groups, conferences, and other relevant forums as required.
  • Strong research and technical writing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in several engineering disciplines and systems engineering concepts.
  • Experience conducting research on a wide variety of topics to render concise analytic conclusions.
  • Familiarity working with agencies and partners of the Department of Defense (DoD) and/or the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Ability to work independently with little oversight and guidance as part of a larger team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
  • 5+ years of experience directly related to the responsibilities.
  • Knowledgeable in Intelligence Community (IC) analytic standards and publishing workflows.
  • Familiarity or working knowledge of the six basic intelligence sources: SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT.
  • Basic understanding of ballistic missile concepts, operations, sub-systems, and employment techniques.
  • Understanding of foreign and/or domestic weapons systems.
