About The Position

The All-Source Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of intelligence data, including gathering, interpreting, and evaluating information from various sources by utilizing advanced analytical techniques and tools to provide insights and recommendations to support decision making processes.

Requirements

  • possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions
  • Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications.
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

  • DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Intelligence Analysts responsible for researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
  • Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.
  • Work independently with no required oversite.
  • Provide advice to the leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and other items of interests
  • Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
  • Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis.
  • Perform other duties as required.
