About The Position

Hoplite Group is seeking an ASA SME to support the development and delivery of a five-day, in-person intelligence analysis tradecraft course for a U.S. Government program building capacity The SME will leverage an existing course framework aligned with NATO and U.S intelligence tradecraft standards and provide instructional support to mid- and senior-level foreign partner analysts. Objective: To develop and deliver a five-day intelligence analysis tradecraft course designed to strengthen foundational analytic skills, improve product quality, and enhance institutional analytic capacity. The course will emphasize structured analytic techniques, sourcing and validation, uncertainty expression, and effective communication through written and visual products, supported by practical exercises and case studies.

Requirements

Experience developing individual and collective ASA analytic training that includes curriculum content development support, curriculum review and validation, and course advising. SME must have demonstrated ability to provide feedback review and improvement recommendations.
Senior-level experience producing, reviewing, and briefing analytic assessments pertaining to battlefield dynamics, military capabilities, political-military issues, foreign policy, and/or defense leadership at the GS-15 level or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with US and international stakeholder utilizing in-person and virtual facilitation techniques and tools developing strategic-level case studies based on complex real-world conflict scenarios.
Experience in translating ASA concepts of source characterization and source validation processes, into clear, teachable, and actionable instructional content.
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
