About The Position

QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an All-Source Engineer to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to support our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A). Duties: Technical subject matter expert (SME) in the All-Source Intelligence domain and being able to expertly operate All Source systems. Assist the government in acquiring new solutions in the All-Source Intelligence domain by writing technical requirements, user stories, interoperability exchanges, test plans, and test data needed to fully realize Intelligence modernization. Define and manage development of All Source Intelligence systems and architectures. Support architecture trade studies. Define and validate system requirements and interfaces. Develop system-level CONOPS development, functional analysis, and decomposition. Perform risk reduction activities. Support system-level integration and validation planning and execution with product managers. Demonstrate system capabilities and workflows.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the All-Source Intelligence domain accompanied by an engineering background building solutions in that space.
  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret w/SCI eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Electrical, Electronic, System, Software or Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least fifteen (15) years of related work experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using DCGS-A or other U.S. Army Intelligence Data Platforms in an operational environment.
  • Experience in an Army Division, Corps or Brigade-level Intelligence unit.
  • Participation in at least one Warfighter Exercise (WFX) or Combat Training Center (CTC) rotation.
  • Not less than three (3) years removed from supporting Division, Corps or Brigade Intelligence operations.
  • Formerly held an Army MOS as a 35D, 35F or 350F.
