About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst to join our team at Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) supporting the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2). The All-Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft skills to facilitate and execute ACC exercises. Key Responsibilities: Provide analysis expertise to facilitate scheduled and ad-hoc intelligence training and readiness events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to build realistic exercise scenarios for ACC exercises. Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform exercise planning and execution. Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions. Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills. Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
  • Experience planning or providing technical support to Large Force Employment exercises
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at Air Force Major Command (MAJCOM) Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization.
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
  • Experience scripting intelligence products to facilitate Large Force Exercises. (RED FLAG, AGILE FLAG etc.)
  • Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
