Join our team as an all-source intelligence analyst. In this role, you’ll review reporting from classified and unclassified intelligence streams every day as you build records and assessments that reflect the priorities of your portfolio. You'll develop specific products by request and propose your own, coordinate with analysts on our team and across the intelligence community (IC), and engage with warfighters, senior policymakers, and IC members on our analytic lines. Thanks to our mentoring and training resources, you'll also be able to hone your skills and mature into a stronger analyst. Requirements

• Experience with all-source analysis production, including analytic tradecraft, ICD 203 and 206, and DIA writing style
• Ability to independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to support shift work
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in an intelligence field, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in an intelligence field

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR and great power competition
• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
