About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced All Source Analyst to join our team at Davis-Monthan AFB supporting Air Forces Southern (AF SOUTH ) . The All Source Analyst will play a critical role in conducting Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis , Multi-Int Fusion , and Analytical Tradecraft Support to provide actionable intelligence for operational and strategic decision-making. This position requires expertise in integrating intelligence from multiple sources and delivering high-quality intelligence products to support mission objectives .

Requirements

  • Required Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Required Education: Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion .
  • Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
  • Expertise with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the AFSOUTH or similar ISR organizations.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion to support operational and strategic decision-making, and tactical operations.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
  • Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
  • Travel may be (Up to 1 0 %)
