About The Position

All-Source Analyst, Mid The Opportunity: Critical decisions are made every single day in the military. What if you could use your analytical skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As an all-source intelligence analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to develop intelligence products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters. As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand the mission environment. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for the client. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in all-source analysis, and share your methodologies with other analysts. Requirements

  • Experience researching, reviewing, editing, planning, preparing, integrating, and publishing complex all-source studies, papers, briefings, and assessments
  • Experience completing CI studies, plans, network and link analysis, or products for the IC, DoD, and national and international intelligence publications and organizations, ensuring compliance with IC standards for finished intelligence production
  • Knowledge of in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries
  • Ability to clearly articulate key findings
  • Ability to identify significant intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluate resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements, and determine analytic approaches to incorporate collected data into all source production
  • Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, or 6+ years of experience in intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree

  • Experience using Maven Smart Systems capabilities
  • Knowledge of Electronic Warfare systems and capabilities
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
