About The Position

As an All-Source Analyst supporting Army Science & Technology initiatives, you will play a critical role in protecting U.S. ground forces by identifying and assessing emerging threats from foreign military technologies. You will conduct in-depth research and intelligence analysis on foreign ground force capabilities, with a specialized focus on foreign Air Defense systems. Your expertise will directly support decision-makers by producing comprehensive technical assessments of foreign weapon systems and military technologies. You will leverage multiple intelligence disciplines—including OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT—to evaluate the intentions, capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of adversary systems. Your analysis will populate and maintain critical intelligence databases, including the System Parametric Information Relational Intelligence Tool (SPIRIT), helping the U.S. Army maintain technological superiority and protect American forces in combat environments.

Requirements

  • Active in scope DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field and 5 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst on DoD related programs and projects.
  • Ability to conduct analysis and produce comprehensive technical assessments that include independent research and technical writing in accordance with ICD 203 and 206 standards.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining focus on research objectives defined by the client.
  • Experience synthesizing information from multi-INT reporting and tools to perform time-critical research and finished intelligence production

Nice To Haves

  • Experience finished intel production supporting topics related to foreign ground forces and threats to U.S. ground forces.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and analyze technical information on foreign air defense activities and potential collection opportunities, which includes evaluating open source literature, military publications, illicit trade, command and control (C2) systems, defensive systems, and weapon systems capabilities
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including open-source intelligence (OSINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), and technical analysis to understand potential threats of interest.
  • Conduct analysis of current and future system capabilities, limitations, and/or vulnerabilities resulting in the production of comprehensive all-source assessments, respond to RFIs and data in compliance established IC tradecraft requirements, specifically ICD 203 and ICD 206, and populate and maintain System Parametric Information Relational Intelligence Tool (SPIRIT) models on systems.
