About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers and Assistant Teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and fostering a nurturing atmosphere where children can learn, play, and grow. This role emphasizes the importance of building relationships with families and coworkers while supporting the center's success in enrollment and engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 1 year of teaching experience (required) or 6 months of professional teaching experience (preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related degree (preferred).

Nice To Haves

• CDA (Child Development Associate) certification.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play, and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and achievements.
• Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
