About The Position
The Coordinator of Elementary Special Education is responsible for overseeing special education programming within Hamden Public Schools. This role requires a strong understanding of special education laws, psycho-educational assessments, and the Planning and Placement Team process. The coordinator will work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure that students with disabilities receive appropriate educational services and support.
