About The Position

Responsibilities: Working with students interested in sports, a coach provides the necessary practice, support and advice for the team to be successful against opposing teams in a sports season. Certification: The successful candidate must hold current CT 600 coaching certification, current CPR and First Aide certification. Previous high school and/or Hockey coaching experience preferred.

Requirements

• Candidates must have current CT 600 Coaching Certification.
• Minimum 5 years Coaching experience at High School level or higher. Varsity preferred.
• Able to attend all practices, games and bus trips as required.
• Have current CPR, First Aide, and CT coaching Certified.
• Knowledge of CIAC rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous high school and/or Hockey coaching experience preferred.
• Varsity preferred.
